Bill Scott holds a B.S.E.E. degree and a B.S.M.E. degree. He also holds a Certificate in International Operations from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden. Bill is a licensed professional engineer in four states and a member of the IEEE, NSPE, American Management Association, Association of Project Managers and the Project Management Institute. Bill is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association.
Bill has over 35 years of combined experience in industry, consulting and training. Bill's project work includes project as large as $180 million and as long as six years for heavy industry and the electric utility industry. His project work has taken Bill to Western Europe and the Far East.
