Learning Units (Hours)
Richard A. Haas, P.E.
This online course is based on the book Mastering Autodesk Architectural Desktop 2005 by Paul F. Aubin. The book is not included with the course (nor is the software) but may be purchased by special arrangement with the publisher. It provides the necessary understanding of the special tools provided by the Architectural Desktop version of Autodesk AutoCAD software to fully utilize its amazing power and functionality in the design of buildings of all types. This course includes a multiple choice quiz which will enhance the understanding of the course materials. It is possible to study the help files provided with the software and become sufficiently proficient to pass the quiz, however it is strongly recommended that the text book be used to truly master this software.
